Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African actress, model and television personality. Her acting career began through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut was with her second role, playing Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's TV credits include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as numerous others. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen in the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised within Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens, she emigrated together with family members into Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model, appearing in magazine and television ads. Before becoming a famous model, Brandt was employed as a retail salesperson, and as a recruitment consultant for information technology. The role she played was Leilani, a New Zealander in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021, she had her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl named Naevia. Her role as Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus prequel Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with actor Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter on Netflix's popular show Lucifer. It is her largest role so far. The series stars Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside as well as D. B. Woodside.
